Access rules for Paycare House office:

  • Access our office by using the side door at the top of the ramp and calling/texting your allocated counsellor to let them know that you have arrived.

  • No drop in service. Please note, we do not provide a drop in service. Access is granted only to those with an appointment.

  • Max 10 min before appointment. We cannot accommodate early arrivals. Please do not arrive any sooner than 10 minutes before your allocated appointment.

Parking places near Paycare House office:

  1. Free on street parking is available for those displaying a blue disabled badge.

  2. On street parking is available (Charges apply)

  3. Free on street parking applies to anyone before 08:30 and after 18:00
