Access rules for Paycare House office:

Access our office by using the side door at the top of the ramp and calling/texting your allocated counsellor to let them know that you have arrived.
No drop in service. Please note, we do not provide a drop in service. Access is granted only to those with an appointment.
Max 10 min before appointment. We cannot accommodate early arrivals. Please do not arrive any sooner than 10 minutes before your allocated appointment.
