I have been a psychotherapist since 2009, working with clients who experience mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression, schizoaffective disorders and personality disorders.
I have extensive experience in supporting people who are grieving, challenges surrounding GSRD topics and people experiencing relationship difficulties.
I use psychodynamic principles and existential elements to enhance treatment sessions and provide you with the skills to adjust and address the issues that are troubling you.
I offer therapy from 17:00 to 22:00 Monday to Friday,
online and over the phone.

I decided to become a Person-Centred Counsellor after starting my own gender transition. I now specialise in working with Trans+ and LGBTQ+ clients, with further experience around sex, kink, sexual abuse and relationships.
I work with a conscious awareness of intersectionality and how different aspects of identity can impact people’s lives and how they are treated in the world. I accept everyone as they are, no matter where you come from or how you identify.
I offer therapy Monday to Friday evenings via video call or telephone.

I am an integrative trauma-informed counsellor and work with individuals aged 18+. I use person-centred counselling, CBT, and trauma-focused therapy, all depending on clients’ needs.
I have a passion for working with clients from the LGBTQ+ community, especially transgender clients. I also work with clients who have experienced traumatic experiences.
I like to provide an environment where all my clients feel safe and free to be themselves.
I offer therapy Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at various times and Saturday mornings online, by phone or face to face.

I’m a qualified integrative counsellor with a deep-rooted passion for neurodiversity, particularly ADHD. I am trained in delivering a neurodiversity-informed approach.
Whether you’re questioning if you might be neurodivergent, currently waiting for an assessment, or feeling uncertain even after receiving a diagnosis, you’re not alone.
(Please note: I do not carry out formal assessments for ADHD or Autism Spectrum Conditions.)
I am also bilingual and confident in providing sessions in both English and Russian.
I offer therapy face-to-face and online on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays . Weekends can be discussed.

I am an autistic Person-Centred trained counsellor who works in an integrative way. This gives me the flexibility to tailor sessions to each individual client. I work regularly with people from the LGBTQIA+ community and endeavour to create a safe environment for clients to explore themselves and share their experiences.
My special interests are Kink, Autism and Abuse in relationships.
I became a counsellor to help people like myself, who often feel unheard and are looking for a place of acceptance.
I offer therapy face to face or online Monday – Saturday, 11am–7pm.

I am a person-centred counsellor with an interest in neurodiversity and personal development, including self-esteem and self-confidence. I have a great deal of experience working with the LGBTQ+ community.
I have completed additional training to work with trauma, and I am particularly passionate about this part of my work.
I also work with anxiety, depression, loss and grief and suicide and self-harm.

I offer therapy Tuesday – Friday between the hours of 9.30–2.30 face to face, online, telephone or a walk & talk session.

Becoming an Advanced EFT Practitioner has added an extra dimension to my Intergrative Counselling style.
